It is mandatory to submit your valid identity proof-Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID or Passport (any 1) while checking in. Foreigners must submit their Passport for scanning.

Guest must carry a reservation voucher from the hotel's own website or reservations department, online portal. Guests through tour operators must carry the agent's voucher.

 

Terms

Outside food and liquor is not permitted on the premises.

Bringing liquor into the hotel is violation of Excise norms and liable to criminal prosecution.

Full payment in advance against confirmation of reservation must be deposited in our bank account. The following options for advance payment are available:

• NEFT or net banking (from 55 banks)
• Credit or debit card  - Visa, Master, American Express, Diners and Rupay
• Payzap link of HDFC Bank
• Wallets - Through Amazon Pay, Phonepe, Ola Money and Oxygen wallet
• Also through Google Pay and UPI

Extras are to be settled at the time of check out by specified credit/debit card or cash only.

 

 Retention & Cancellation

• Retention charges

For cancellation less than 48 hours prior to check in - Full retention charge is applicable
For cancellation under 72 hours prior to check in - One night's retention charge is applicable

For FITs:
For Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to check in - Full retention
Under 72 hrs prior to check in - One night's retention

For Groups:
30 days prior to check-in - full retention
Prior to 30 days - 50% retention

• Intimation of Cancellation : Cancellations shall be signified in writing and dated via email. For cancellations, an acknowledgement from the hotel is required by return mail to be deemed as noted.

1. No Shows : If the client does not arrive at the hotel before 1800 hours, or the time indicated by him and accepted by the hotel, this will constitute a no-show.  In this case, the conditions relating to late cancellations are applicable. Also, the hotel is free to offer the room for sale.

 

2. Premature Departure : In the event of a premature departure or non-utilization of services ordered, the individual traveller shall compensate the hotel for the actual loss suffered.

 

3. Production of PAN card is mandatory : In case of an Individual traveller making payment in cash of any amount of Rs. 50,000 or above.

The above terms are standard and cannot be amended unless the guest has a contract with the hotel stating different terms.
